Consultations are perfect for someone who is interested in having their resume re-designed and they are unsure of what it might look like. It is also beneficial for someone who would like to discuss options for creating a custom resume template or any other kind of project.
We provide a one-on-one conference through Skype or AIM in which we can discuss all of your options, as well as send you samples and rough drafts. The fee is $10/hour with a 1 hour minimum. Your payment goes toward the cost of any project that you hire us for within a 3 month period.
Once you request a consultation we will contact you for your availability. When a mutually agreed upon date and time is selected we will then bill you for your time requested. If you cannot keep your scheduled date, please request a re-scheduling at least 24 hours prior to your start time. If you do not attend your consultation, your payment will be placed on hold for 3 days. We will attempt to reschedule with you within this time frame. If we do not receive a response then all fees are waived and you will lose your payment. ALL FEES PAID FOR CONSULTATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
